Team capes overlay shows the count of team capes worn by the surrounding players (Overlays - Team capes).

Settings - Team capes

Display mode
- Show clan names
  - this will use the clans table data and take combat and def level into account for filtering
- Show team cape numbers
  - no clans table data used, showing all team cape numbers
Minimum count
- not showing team cape counts below this value
