Stereo Mix is a virtual device that will let you record sound from the output of your sound card on Windows.

Right click on the volume icon in the tray and open Recording devices.

If you cant see Stereo Mix there click in the background and select Show Disabled Devices. Enable Stereo Mix.

If you still cant see Stereo Mix you have to update your audio driver.
