Attack and Defense modes can be disabled to avoid unwanted xp gain - clicking on them wont do anything.
A red warning is also displayed when you still manage to get into these attack modes somehow.

- Warn on/disable attack/defense modes if attack/defense level is less or equal to
- Set this to a high enough number, for example if you dont want to train defense on your 70def account, but would like to use defensive modes on your 99def main, set this value to 70
