World tracker shows population changes of all the worlds.
Colors
- Red: population increase over the trigger number
- Blue: population decrease over the trigger number
- Cyan: selected world to show diagram for

- Refresh time: refresh time in seconds for scanning the worlds
- Scan interval: interval in seconds for calculating the population change
- Trigger for coloring: trigger number for red/blue highlights
