Valuable ground items or appear in the game screen and get highlighted in the right-click menu with purple color.
You can manually add items that should always show up. To do this either go to Settings - Ground items or select an item while holding down Control key.

- Min value for highlighted ground items: not showing items below this price value
- Always highlighted ground items: untradable items like clue scrolls or defenders can be added here
- Highlight items in right-click menu
- Add/remove items in right-click menu while holding down Control key
