Sound and system message notifications can be set up for several states or actions.

- Hitpoints below [1-100] %
- Prayer below [1-100] %
- Boosted [Attack or Strength or Defense or Ranged or Magic] level below [101-120] %
- Absorp points below [10-999]
- Not attacking for [5-60] seconds
- Idle for [5-300] seconds
- On logout
- Private message
- Trade offer
- Duel or clan wars challenge
- Notification tpye
- Sound only
- Message only
- Sound and message
- Default sound file
