Menu entries are swapped so you cannot left click Attack/Cast players in Callers group.
The in game settings for player Attack options can be still set to Left-click where available.

Menu entries are swapped so you cannot left click Attack/Cast any players or NPCs while holding down the Shift key. This can be used to loot safely.
