- reworked players overlay

 * right click Attack/Cast for callers/friendlies (move down Attack/Cast from top)
 * left click Bank/Exchange at G.E (move Bank/Exchange to top)

- added ring of recoil sound notification (similar to phoenix neck break)
- added unskulled helper (similar to protect item)

- improved progress: added the ability to show/hide any skills
- improved potted stats overlay: renamed it boosts/drains, showing skill icons
- improved team cape counter: clan names mode shows the count in brackets of players not in the combat/def range

- absorbtion points are moved to the right side in NMZ
- fixed sotd timer: it doesnt reset when changing weapon
- fixed osb price lookup failures
- fixed video recorder corrupting the file on exit
- extended zoom min/max values for both fixed/resized
