- added prayer book modifications
 * swap Piety with Chivalry and hide Chivalry
 * swap Rigour with Eagle Eye and hide Eagle Eye
 * swap Augury with Mystic Might and hide Mystic Might 
- added offer items total value to Grand Exchange and Collection box windows
- removed Browse button from Grand Exchange window, added clickable price buttons for GE/OB
- fixed world tracker, it used to show inaccurate change numbers
- fixed death positions of players
- fixed hp orb overlays on resized mode
- fixed total lvl in stats panel
- fixed saving items for price tracker
- changed player death to 64 seconds for looting helper

These modifications wont happen if you are on an account without 70+ pray and 70+ def or if you are in a f2p world.

Showing the total value of the waiting items in G.E. Items/coins that can be collected already arent counted.
